For multi-branch practices
For owners running two to six homeopathy branches as one practice
RevisitPlus is homeopathy software for practices with two to six branches. Every branch shares one patient record, so a doctor at any branch sees the last prescription without a phone call. The owner sees new and follow-up patients, collections and missed visits for every branch on one screen, on the web and on Android. It runs today across three branches in Pune.
What your week looks like today
Monday, 10.40 in the morning. Mrs. Deshpande has been a patient at Kothrud for eight months. Her office moved, so today she walks into Wakad instead.
The receptionist at Wakad does not have her file. She calls Kothrud. Kothrud is busy with its own morning rush, so the call goes unanswered. She sends a message on the branch WhatsApp group. Dr. Shaikh, waiting at Wakad, asks Mrs. Deshpande what she was last given. She remembers the colour of the bottle.
Twenty minutes later Kothrud sends a photo of a register page. Half of it is cut off.
Nobody did anything wrong. Each branch runs well on its own. The trouble sits between them.
You feel the same gap from the owner's chair. Tuesday night you want to know how many follow-up patients Hadapsar saw this week. That means a call, a wait, and a number you cannot check. On Saturday the collections come in as three WhatsApp messages in three formats. One branch counts UPI separately. One does not.
And the patients who did not come back for their follow-up? Each branch has its own list, if it has one at all. Nobody adds them up.
That is the branch leak and the visibility leak, side by side. They grow with every branch you open.
The three things that change
- 1
Any doctor, any branch, the full file
All branches share one patient record. When Mrs. Deshpande walks into Wakad, reception searches her name or number, and Dr. Shaikh opens the same case history, prescriptions and follow-up dates that Dr. Kulkarni wrote at Kothrud. Access is set by role and by branch, so reception sees what reception needs and doctors see the clinical file. Every change is in the audit trail. The phone call to the other branch stops being part of the consultation.
- 2
One owner view instead of six phone calls
The Owner Dashboard shows new and follow-up patients by branch, doctor and city, and today's collections by payment mode. Open it on the Android app before the first consultation, or on the web at day end. MIS Reports go further: repeat patients, patients by scheme and disease, payments by mode, filtered by branch and exported for your accountant. You stop asking branches how the week went.
- 3
Follow-ups counted across the practice
Missed visits show on the Doctor Dashboard and on reception's screen the same day, at whichever branch the patient was due. Follow-ups and Missed Visits gives reception a list to call. Because the record is shared, a patient who was due at Hadapsar but turns up at Kothrud is counted as returned, not lost. That lets you track Revisit Rate, the share of patients who come back for their next scheduled follow-up, by branch, doctor and scheme. Two branches with the same footfall can keep patients very differently. Now you can see which.
Modules you will use most
One branch at a time, on purpose
- 1
We configure RevisitPlus around your branches, doctors, schemes, lead sources and appointment statuses. Then we go live one branch at a time: reception first, then doctors, then your reports. Old records are added by doctors during normal consultations, so no branch stops for a data-entry project.
Each branch that goes live makes the next one easier.
Proof
As we have three branches, patients can go from one branch to another, so earlier we had to call and find out what the last prescription was. Through the software, without calling anyone, we can just see it in the software and go ahead with the next prescription.

Chief Homoeopath, Dr. Tathed's Homeopathy And Healing Center, Pune
RevisitPlus was built inside Dr. Tathed's Homeopathy And Healing Center in Pune, a practice that has run for almost three decades and now has three branches. Patients there move between branches, and the doctors use the shared record every day.
What we do not publish: outcome percentages. We do not publish outcome percentages until they are measured from the system and signed off by the clinic.

In a 30-minute Patient Journey Review we map how a patient moves between your branches today, then show the same patient opening at a second branch in RevisitPlus.
Pune and Mumbai clinics can have the review in person. Everywhere else, on a call. Pricing is quoted in a written proposal after the review.
